Executive Assistant

Our resident New Zealander previously taught elementary school, and found she possessed a lot of transferrable skills that prepared her for agency life.  She’s worked for marketing agencies for nearly 20 years, including six at Response Mine. Her personal motto: What happens to you, happens for you.

Best advice she’s heard: Work for a boss who allows you to make mistakes without fear. Never work for someone you don’t respect or wouldn’t trust to look after your dog.

What inspires her: Leaders who hire smart people and then let them get on with the job.

Her most valuable skill: Herding cats and being a good listener.
