Back Pain Centers of America needed help getting their message through to potential patients. With an integrated content, SEO and social media strategy, we launched a campaign that delivered a significant increase in traffic and reach.
Baxter Regional Medical Center created an app to promote telehealth, and asked us to make sure patients knew how to find and use the app. Our strategy paid off with more downloads – and more doctor visits.
MedExpress Urgent Care’s paid search program, responsible for driving traffic to more than 200 centers nationwide, suffered from a lack of direction and data. We revamped the strategy, improved the creative and implemented tracking metrics.
The challenge: Back Pain Centers of America had a reputation for finding great care for qualified patients. But they needed help cutting through the digital noise to compete with major healthcare brands.
Our solution: We implemented an integrated SEO, content marketing and social media strategy, including a blog, an active social media presence, 55 new web pages and 83 new local pages.
The results: Traffic to the blog increased dramatically, gaining 40,000 impressions a month and 1,000 additional readers. With new pages optimized for SEO targeting, organic traffic grew by more than 100 percent.
The challenge: Many patients lacked transportation to their facility, so BRMC created a telehealth app and tasked RMI with leading a campaign to boost awareness and drive downloads and virtual doctor visits.
Our solution: We implemented Universal App Campaigns via Google Ads to promote app installs. After install/first open volume increased, we launched campaigns targeted on the lowest funnel in-app actions that met the daily minimum for conversions.
The results: These campaigns drove higher volume and better direct response results. The final numbers: 1,700 downloads, 1,200 app enrollments, and more than 300 doctor visits, all at lower costs.
The challenge: MedExpress Urgent Care, a network of 200 medical centers across 30 markets, was getting poor performance from its paid search program. They were constrained by limited budget, low-quality landing pages and a lack of tracking data.
Our solution: We created new landing pages to improve the customer experience and improve PPC account efficiencies. We established website metrics (engagement and specific pages) and implemented a proper tracking strategy. For PPC campaigns, we strategized based on seasonality and health trends and adjusted in real-time as needed.
The results: Typical results in network cities saw MoM increases of impressions (47%) and clicks (33%). Investment increased by 43% and CPCs increased by 8%.
